A huge "THANK YOU!" to everyone that contributed to the Mukaa Children's Home Well Project! With your generous gifts totaling $17,000, we were able to replace the pump and build a solar array to now power the pump. The home and the Mukaa community are no longer at the mercy of Kenya Power and Light for power for clean water.
The Home continues to sell water to the neighboring schools and to the Mukaa Community as a whole. Funds generated from the sale of water will go a long way to help fund the on-going needs of the home and provide funding for other capital projects.
