After his birth in 2019, Victor’s mother—who struggled with mental illness and alcohol addiction—was unable to provide adequate care. Neighbors often heard the baby crying alone at night and alerted authorities. He was soon rescued and placed under the care of Kitui Baby Home for safety and protection until 2025, when he was transferred to Mukaa.

Victor is the youngest of four brothers and is described as quiet but expressive. Though underweight and small for his age, he enjoys playing with other children and is beginning to thrive under the stability and love of his new home.

He loves attending Sunday school, singing songs, and learning about God. Through consistent care, good nutrition, and emotional support, Victor is gaining strength, confidence, and hope for his future.
