Nduku

I am the oldest of 4 children. While I have a mother and a stepfather, there has been much violence from and between my parents in my lifetime. After a recent desperate and violent incident involving my mother in September 2023, she was taken to jail. My stepfather and grandparents on both sides want nothing to do with my mother and her children once she is released from jail. 

Thankfully, Mukaa Children's Home has rescued me and my younger sister Katile from this unstable and violent home. We will now be able to go to school and be in an environment that is safe and loving so we can heal. 

My birthday is January 1, 2015.
