When Charity’s mother died in a road accident in 2021, she and her older brother went to live with an uncle and aunt. This family found it difficult to

provide for their care as they have a large family of their own. The uncle does not have a steady job and also suffers from alcoholism. Charity and her brother were accepted into the Mukaa Children’s Home in July 2022. Charity will now be able to attend primary school (Grade 2) regularly and find security and a loving family with the Mukaa staff and children.
